I’m APender, a CTF player that focuses on web security. Inspired by creative challenge authors like Ark, I enjoy the process of gaining a deep understanding of things, and using that understanding to achieve a goal that seemed impossible before.

While most of the CTFs I play are online, I’ve been fortunate enough to enjoy high-tier in-person CTFs like ICC (2025 & 2026) and ECSC (2025). These are the opportunities I look forward to the most. During these competitions I get to compete alongside and against the best CTF players in the world, meet people who’ve authored challenges that I love, and people whose blogs I read every day.
